Bio

I first came to Japan in 1983 through my university’s work-study program while earning my degree in Education and working toward a teaching license. Since then, I’ve earned an MBA and spent roughly 30 years living and working in Japan in a variety of positions.

My career has included serving as Director of Marketing and Communications at the Tokyo American Club (TAC), Managing Director of Business Operations, Asia, at Hilton Grand Vacations, Deputy Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ), and leading business development for two Japanese trading companies.

This diverse experience—spanning multiple industries, cultures, and business environments—has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in both Japanese and international organizations. Having worked for, alongside of, and managed both Japanese and international professionals, I bring a deep understanding of the leadership, communication, and cross-cultural skills needed to thrive in today’s global business world.　(Aron Kremer)
