Coach/Trainer Aron Kremer has over a decade of experience in consulting, coaching, and business communication training. Previously, he held executive and management positions in Japanese companies and international organizations, bringing a wide range of experience to his consulting.

私の経歴 / My background.
私は1983年に大学のワーク・スタディプログラムの一環として日本に来ました。それ以来、約30年間日本で生活し、働いてきました。ここ10年ほどは、コンサルティングとイングリッシュコミュニケーションコーチングを中心に活動しています。
それ以前は、ヒルトングランドバケーションズでアジアの事業運営を担当するマネージングディレクター、在日米国商工会議所（ACCJ）の副専務理事、日本の商社2社でビジネス開発を担当していました。さまざまな業界での経験を積むことができ、国際企業と日本企業の両方で Cクラスや中間管理職の役割を経験したことは、非常に貴重なことだと感じています。
これらの豊富な経験に加えて、国際経営学のMBAと教育学の学士号を持っており、これらの知識やスキルを活かして、ビジネスパーソンをサポートし、指導することができると考えています。
I first arrived in Japan in 1983 to participate in the work component of my university’s work-study program. Since then, I have lived and worked in Japan for around 30 years. Over the past decade, I have focused on business consulting and business communication coaching.
Before this, I served as Managing Director of Business Operations, Asia, at Hilton Grand Vacations, Deputy Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ), and led business development efforts for two Japanese trading companies. I am fortunate to have gained diverse experience across several industries and have held both C-suite and mid-management roles in both international and Japanese organizations.
These rich professional experiences, coupled with my MBA in International Management and BA in Education, have equipped me with the skills and insights to support and guide other business professionals.
